Foreign languages, literatures and cultures

The Doctorate aims to provide a higher training addressed for specific areas of knowledge (macrosettori) in view of a possible future career in research and teaching, with a focus on research methodologies, multidisciplinary interferences and comparative crossovers. Given the breadth of the sectors and macro-sectors involved, the doctorate offers two basic training courses: modern languages and translation studies; philologic, literary and cultural studies.
